A message to all, from the University’s LGBTQ+ Network
The University LGBTQ+ Network is pleased to announce our main LGBTQ+ History Month event, which is a panel discussion on the 29th of Feb, is now open for sign-ups. Rather than a lecture, this History Month we thought we would rather have a more dynamic and discursive event. Our panel discussion will focus on: “Still moving forwards? Taking stock on the journey to LGBTQ+ equality”. Our panel includes Dr Diarmuid Hester, Professor Sarah Franklin FBA, and Lord Chris Smith.

It will take place on the 29th of Feb, starting at 6pm, followed by a drinks reception, all hosted at Christ’s College. We are also working to find an option for people to join remotely, because we know that not everyone will be able to attend the event in person.
